I have baked several times with these soft white wheat berries and absolutely love how everything has turned out! The taste is amazing!!
They berries arrived within a week of purchase. They were in good quality bags. Berries haven’t had any debris in them so milling has been easy! I’ve used them in many recipes so far and they are delicious! I will definitely order more!

I've ordered soft white wheat berries before and the quality was excellent. I was able to mill the berries into a nice soft powder. I have a classic Nutrimill. With this batch there are hard pieces and the flour feels like grain. I'm thinking the outer shell must be harder than usual. I think this batch is not good. Unfortunately I bought several pounds.
