I have gotten a few different grains from LSG and i love the rouge de bordeaux for sourdough bread. It has a great complex flavor. i also love that its regeneratively farmed. Glad i can support a family run company and would highly recommend you do the same!
I just made my first bread with this wheat, and I could not believe the difference compared to the wheat I’ve gotten from other farms. This is far superior! My bread rose higher and has better texture. Thank you!

The grains have been outstanding! They taste great! The only thing I would change is the packaging. One of our packages came broken and about 1/4 of the bag spilled out into the box. It was salvageable and not the fault of the seller.

I absolutely love LSF!!! I have found soaking the dough after grinding the berries helps even more in delivering a great bread product. But I just had a market sale and sold 60 loaves. Everyone raved over the samples and several wanted to know where I got my berries. Thank you!!!

This is my first foray into fresh-milled flour, so my review is not 'expert level', but I am appreciating the clean grains, the depth of flavor, the better digestion that I'm experiencing and knowing that I am supporting Regenerative Ag efforts. Just today, I made a lovely batch of Peanut Butter Cookies using the Soft White and they came out beautifully! I may be baking gifts for Christmas, proud to be giving something more nutritious and delicious.
The Rouge I have combined with Hard White to make bread, and I'm still experimenting there to get the moisture right here in my high-desert location. My new bread machine comes today!
