These hard white wheat berries are the best for making my whole wheat bread! They grind nicely, and I love the texture and taste of the bread.
I am a newbie at all this, and attempting to find my way as I figure all these grains out. As a newcomer, I have learned early that this company is absolutely amazing! Out of curiosity I decided to try this variety, and it did not disappoint. The grain was very clean, well packaged, and had a delicious flavor. I will definitely be purchasing again in the near future.

Absolutely love it. My bread tastes soooo good. I love the nutty flavor from the grain and I added some flaxseed from you to it and it’s awesome. I’m so happy to be able to eat bread again without the guilt.
I received my first batch of hard white wheat berries and ran some through my new flour mill. The color was darker than pre-milled whole wheat purchased through a reputable supplier.
The baked bread had increased aroma and the taste is incomparable to commercially-milled flour. I will never go back to pre-milled flour.

I have been milling my own flour for about two years now. Tried several different varieties of grains. Adding Rouge de Bordeaux berries have taken my bread to a whole new level of deliciousness!!! They arrive well packaged and clean of debris. I will definitely be ordering more as I am almost out of my first order of 10lbs!!
I am new to milling fresh flour and these grain berries made it easier for me! It was important to me that the grain berries are clean, as I am new to this and have no idea what they are "supposed" to look like to mill. The grain was clean and the bread tastes amazing!
Lentils (and chickpeas!!!) are great - love that they really have such a rich flavor and taste like they’ve been grown from the earth. Idk how to explain it but there’s just MORE taste than legumes from the store. I also get LSG’s white whole wheat flour and love baking with it.

We’re so excited that we discovered LSG!!! The rouge de bordeaux flour is the most flavorful I’ve ever had. I’ve tried both in a variety of recipes and haven’t needed to change anything even though these are whole wheat flours. We’ll be back for the big bags soon!
