The order was lost in the mail and they were quick to fix it. Once we received the flour, our first loaf of fresh bread tasted wonderful and had a great feel. Am looking forward to trying more.

I made Brioche with the BORDEAUX AND HARD WHITE AND IT WAS FANTASTIC, the best tasting bread that I have made so far. I probably won’t need to make any other kind!!!!!! The Rouge de Bordeaux and Soft White Wheat are delicious. The grains are clean and beautiful. I like making sandwich loaves with 70% hard wheat and 30% soft wheat. This combination was delicious together. I will be buying again.

I was looking for an alternative to the traditional popular organic bread flour because it is not a whole wheat option. I’ve been sprouting and grinding my own flour, using Living Sky Grains wheat berries, but the bread was denser than I prefer. I was excited to learn that this flour was fresh-milled and vacuum sealed and a whole wheat option to use in conjunction with my own flour for bread.
