I followed the mustard recipe exactally. The finished product was like Chinese mustard. So hot I can use less than 1/4 teaspoon at a time

I have been making my freshly milled flour loaves with half of your hard white wheat and half with Rouge de Bordeaux and it is delicious! I think the Rouge de Bordeaux adds a depth of flavor that my family and friends love. I will definitely be purchasing more of this wheat!
Love the grains! Their Is a few rocks and chap left on the berries i have to pick out before storing, green berries i have to pick out of the soft white! With how good the berries are i dont mind picking these out!
Delicious grain,our new favorite! So Far I've made bread and pizza with Rouge de Bordeaux, both were just right flavor, texture, and crisp on the pizza crust. Will order more, and probably sooner than I would have planned!

Have seen no debris in with the berries thus far. I like the fact the product comes direct from the farm where it was grown. Will definitely order again - but it will be a while, as I only make one 1-lb. loaf of bread per week! Thank you for a great product.
