I came across Living Sky Grains on my quest, loved their philosophy on how it should be done, respectfully, with the integrity of what Mother Nature has to offer. I ordered the Rouge The Bordeaux/Hard White Wheat bundle and love them. My bread turned out beautifully. Shipping was not only fast but also Free for the bundle. I recently purchased hard white wheat berries, and they are excellent. Other companies I have purchased from contain debris and stones. These berries are very clean and fresh. I recommend them to everyone I know.
Very little dust and cracked kernels snd sensed ZERO moisture. It was very clean and quite impressive. The taste is wonderful. My only complaint is you don't offer a larger variety. We'll definitely be back for more though!
