I have been baking artisan breads and rolls for quiet some time and decided to take it up a notch and start milling my own flour. I knew, that I wanted grains right from the source, the farmers that grow them. Very little dust and cracked kernels snd sensed ZERO moisture. It was very clean and quite impressive. The taste is wonderful. My only complaint is you don't offer a larger variety. We'll definitely be back for more though!
