This is my first foray into fresh-milled flour, so my review is not 'expert level', but I am appreciating the clean grains, the depth of flavor, the better digestion that I'm experiencing and knowing that I am supporting Regenerative Ag efforts. Just today, I made a lovely batch of Peanut Butter Cookies using the Soft White and they came out beautifully! I may be baking gifts for Christmas, proud to be giving something more nutritious and delicious.
The Rouge I have combined with Hard White to make bread, and I'm still experimenting there to get the moisture right here in my high-desert location. My new bread machine comes today!

I have been using Living Sky Wheat Berries for a few months now. Being able to purchase a Wheat Berry Bundle allows me to experiment with my favorite bread bakes and hot cereals.
They are always clean and have the best fresh milled flavor. Even though I mill with just a mixer attachment, my Sour Dough Cinnamon Swirl Loaf is so good. I have to make it regularly because now I crave it. I’m guessing my body is telling me what it has been missing in nutrition.
I also mill a courser grind for Cream of Wheat and eat it almost daily with my toasted Sour Dough Cinnamon Swirl Bread for breakfast. I feel really good about eating a wholesome breakfast I can to start my day with!
