I was really happy with this bundle. I wanted to try Rouge de Bordeaux and we have really enjoyed the taste. It had quite a bit of heads of wheat in it but nothing gross or dirty. I would order it again. I would definitely order the hard white again! It was very clean, very little chaff, and has made wonderful bread.
Grains were very clean and i am going to enjoy making fresh bread with them.
I have been baking artisan breads and rolls for quiet some time and decided to take it up a notch and start milling my own flour.
