Amazing

I've been baking sourdough bread for around 20 years and have tried a lot of flours. This is definitely one of the best. So extensible and easy to work with, especially for a whole wheat! First loaf, a few days ago, was excellent. I made a couple of tweaks and just pulled the second loaf out of the oven. (Attached photo.) Can't wait to cut it open once it cools. And in the meantime I've already ordered the red flour to play with next.
