Ingredients

3 cups Rouge de Bordeaux flour

1 cup sugar

2 tbsp baking powder

2 tsp salt

3 cups blueberries fresh or frozen

2 eggs

1 cup whole milk

½ cup melted butter
-
¼ cup butter melted

¾ cup brown sugar

1-2 tbsp Rouge de Bordeaux flour

½ cup walnuts, chopped (optional)

Directions
Combine dry ingredients and blueberries.
In another bowl whisk the egg, milk, and butter. Add to the dry mixture and stir carefully.
Pour into a 9x13” pan. Mix up the streusel and place on top of the batter.
Bake at 425 F for 20-25 min! Enjoy!
