This is a great snack to grab on the go!
¾ cup honey
1 cup plain yogurt
2 egg whites
2 tablespoons melted butter
2 tablespoons milk
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 ½ cups LSG Rouge de Bordeaux heritage flour
3 cups old fashioned oats
¼ cup LSG flaxseed
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup raisins
1 cup chocolate chips
Heat your oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large bowl, combine the honey, eggs, yogurt, melted butter, milk, and vanilla.
Add flour, flaxseeds, oats, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt and mix until barely combined.
Mix in the chocolate chips and raisins.
Spread into a 9x13” baking pan and place in the oven for 28-32 minutes (DO NOT overbake them).
Cool and enjoy!
