If you realized you ran out of eggs last minute, ground flax and water can act as an egg substitute in a pinch! It also adds a nice healthy touch to pancakes, brownies, muffins, and quick breads!
Ingredients

1 tbsp LSG flax seed, ground

2 ½ tsp water
Directions
Grind the flax seed up, and add the water in a small dish. Let thicken for 5 minutes before using in your recipe!
