Made with Rouge de Bordeaux flour, these monster cookies are incredible!

Ingredients

1 cup butter

1 cup sugar (200g)

1 cup brown sugar (220g)

1 cup natural peanut butter (260g)

2 eggs
-
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

2 cups Rouge de Bordeaux flour (240g)

2 ½ cups old fashioned oats (224g)

½ teaspoon salt (3g)
-
1 teaspoon baking soda (5g)
-
1 teaspoon baking powder (4g)
-
1 cup M&Ms
-
1 cup chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Cream the butter and sugar together really well—at least 2-3 minutes until light and fluffy.
Add peanut butter and mix well. Add egg and vanilla and mix.
In a separate mixing bowl stir together the flour (be careful to measure correctly, spooning the flour into a measuring cup, then leveling off), oats, salt, baking powder and baking soda.
Add to the wet mixture and mix to combine. Stir in chocolate chips and M&M’s.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes, or a little longer if you make them bigger than a 1 inch cookie scoop. Don't over bake--they will look just set and rather pale.
