Our favorite, one bowl banana bread!

Ingredients

1 cup granulated sugar (212 g)

½ cup melted butter

½ cup sour cream (113 g)

1 cup ripe mashed bananas (about 3) (227 g)

2 eggs
-
1 teaspoon vanilla

1 ½ cups LSG White Whole Wheat flour (213 g)

1 teaspoon baking soda
-
½ teaspoon salt
Directions
Preheat the oven to 375 F.
Grease a 9x5” loaf pan.
Whisk together the sugar, melted butter, eggs, bananas, sour cream, and vanilla in a large bowl.
Whisk together your LSG flour, baking soda, and salt, and add to your wet ingredients.
Bake for 50-60 minutes. Enjoy!
Recipe Note
*The sugar in this recipe can be cut to ½ - ¾ cups if needed!
