This is another one of our classic breakfast recipes on a stained and torn recipe book page!

Ingredients

½ cup butter
-
4 cups milk
-
4 eggs
-
1 tsp salt
-
2 cups LSG Rouge de Bordeaux flour

⅓ cup sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
Put the butter in a 9x13” pan in the oven at 400 F to melt while mixing the other ingredients.
Beat eggs, salt, milk, flour, sugar, and vanilla together and pour in the hot pan from the oven.
Bake for 30 minutes and serve hot with fruit, syrup, or jam. Enjoy!
