I first tasted these berries in bread that my daughter-in-law made. My husband and I could tell right away something made this bread taste great! She said it was the Rouge de Bordeaux berries she was using, and she explained how they are different in several ways from other red wheat berries. When we got home, I ordered some!
Good quality and fast shipping
First off, the berries were in pristine condition, thank you! I used it in my Fresh Milled Flour Sourdough sandwich bread and the taste was delicious. They are "lighter" than the traditional red berries I've purchased in the past. And the soaked/sprouted berries were yummy in my morning breakfast bowl. Thank you!
