Rouge de Bordeaux Berries - the heritage grain originally from the south of France in the 1800s now grown on our farm! This wheat has a red color and an excellent flavor, perfect for sourdough!
I received my second bundle from Living Sky Grains, which consisted of Hard White & Hard Red and both were VERY clean, and my sourdough bread turned out beautifully! I am excited that soon they will be harvesting Ancient Grains (Khorasan, Spelt, and Einkorn). One source for all my grains!

I wanted to support farmers that took care of their wheat with regenerative methods, glyphosate free and weren’t over priced. I found all of that here! I’ve had a few weeks of being able to mill. The wheat is very high quality and when used in my baked goods it has a wonderful taste, texture and smell.
