I eat wheat roti everyday and flour from Indian grocery store, I was having a trouble making roti/ paratha. So I started searching for organic wheat from here as we live here , we should support local farmers. We tried azure, ancient grain, wheat Montana,palouse and many other and finally settled I. This farm. Even though it’s not organic but the way they do farming clean with out glyphosate and other bad chemicals with love is precious. It reflects in food. I would love to order another soft white.
