Regenerative Rouge de Bordeaux Berries

I have used Living Sky Grains Soft and Hard White Wheat Berries and loved them, but wanted to try the Rouge de Bordeaux Berries. All of the Berries I have ordered have been very clean which matters to me. I loved the Bordeaux for my English Muffins. Freezing them is such a wonderful time saver for quick morning heathy breakfast sandwiches and are sooooo good! I post all my FMF bakes on my Facebook Page with the recipes I use! I am a Watercolor Artist, but call my FMF bake posts a “Creative Pivot Moment”. I view Fresh Milled Flour bakes as an art form, and love trying recipes from Living Sky Grains website as well! I have a common condition called ecchymosis when your blood pools under your skin when bumped. When I eat enough Fresh Milled Flour bakes in my diet, this condition goes away. This tells me it does my body good!

Excellent quality grain with a beautiful color, rich flavor, and great baking performance. The grain mills nicely and produces flavorful flour with a wonderful aroma. It’s a great choice for artisan bread and sourdough. Very happy with the quality and would definitely recommend it to other bakers and home millers.

The rouge de Bordeaux is the best wheat berries I've ever had the pleasure of using!! Levened bread bakes out beautifully with these berries. The flavor and the texture are on another level!! Thank you for these grains and praise Jesus
